Navori is probably the superior choice because it enables all the things Lucian wants to do, high cdr, dmg, ,crit, and 2 great passives that spells do more dmg AND you refresh the cooldowns faster, it's all our boy wanted ( besides range on AA). Now that we can't build IE alongside with galeforce the proper swift will be to navori.I thought maybe it'd feel like s6 lucian with the early arm pen, but champ has changed too much since then. Ult feels stronger with crit, spellweaving is much better with navori. Even against squishy teams, I'd rather just go stormrazor/ER->navori.
